I like this short rib, Better than I bought from Costco

Too expensive in comparison
For short ribs these are a little bit on the dear side but are quite meaty. In comparison with butcher vs supermarket they are meatier but pricier. Might opt for the supermarket.Size is great Not sure about taste yet.
