Small kids safety vests high visibility with reflective Dinos for scooter riding or construction party costume

The link lists these vest as being S, but the vests themselves are marked as XS, which is a bit annoying since I had to call to make sure that I had received the correct product. However, they fit my 2T and 7 size kids just fine, although might be a bit tight over a jacket on the larger child. The kids love them and the vests are easy to get on and off. The kids also love the designs. I have run the vests through the wash in a delicates bag and they held up nicely with no fading or lose threads.
