I take 2 of these dummies every night and I swear since taking them I wake up rested and ready for the day. I have been using them for almost a year and this was actually one of my first subscription items because I don't want to forget and not have it. I will say occasionally there are slight variations in the texture of the gummy, but it always works and tastes the same.

This does not work and pricy. Doesn't nothing for appetite, does nothing for energy. Taste delicious but nothing else.
