Horrible quality, cannot be used as a regular pillow let alone an ergonomic one.

I absolutely didn’t like the product. Very poor and cheap quality. Nothing like on the pictures. And mine was opened before and probably even used before

I received the product and it wasnt clean and i had washed and I left it to dry for 4 days and the memory foam became too soft and it hurts my neck and doesn't provide any support for my neck. I do not recommend this product. The state was bad and it got damaged the moment I received.

The item is not good very poor quality. Im so very disappointed about this items, its different from the picture on the brochure list to the actual item.

Neck has natural contour . It's not completely straight. Purpose of cervical pillow is to maintain that contour of neck. This pillow will not serve purpose. So not recommended..I had returned it on the day i recieve.

Product is good except Queen size height is not suitable for heavy built man.

I get migraines that are triggered from tight muscles at the base of the skull. Regular, softer pillows cause my head to move in bag angles, resulting in morning migraines. This pillow is more of a medium firm which is perfect for both comfort and support. Keeps my head in the proper position. Low side is perfect for back sleepers and higher side for side sleepers. As it will be a firmer pillow than most pillows, it will take a few nights to get used to it.

Thus pillow is AMAZING! But only if you like a very firm pillow like I do. Since purchasing my first queen size pillow I have bought 2 more. They have all come consistent in quality and firmness. I managed to replace my name brand much more expensive pillow with thus cheaper but doesn't feel cheaper option! I'm so thankful I took a leap of faith and bought the first one.

It’s good enough as a neck support pillow for me. So far it’s serves the purpose.

I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new. The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably. Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!
