It worked great for about 100 uses (weekends for a year), and then the agitator stopped working.

Works as advertised
Works perfectly! I have been using it daily for a month. Similar quality to the Nespresso one you can find on their site for $99. Trick is NOT over fill it (there are marks inside for frothing and not frothing, just heating without the frother attachment).It makes drinking coffee so much better than just creamer. Come out HOT - which is a bonus adding to hot coffee.A healthier option, is to mix some 1% milk + a little bit of your favorite creamer - amazing and low calorie. FYI - the marks inside will make enough milk/creamer froth for 2-3 cups. You have to cover the SPRING/Frother with milk/creamer - otherwise it won't work.Cleaning - Super easy to rinse out and towel dry. Plus, take the frother attachment out every time, rince under hot water and let air dry.

This device produced too much foam until I removed the spring-like whisk but now works great!
I disliked the amount of foam produced. I like that it works well without the coil whisk and heats my milk perfectly without a lot of foam. It also cleans up easily if I use the little brush that came with it.

Wrong color but nice product for the $
Ordered green. White arrived. Looks OK and works fine. Keeping the white one.

Too Much or Not Enough Foam
The agitator came with a coil spring in a loop. To fit on the agitator. With the spring on the agitator, the milk foam is very large. Without the spring on the agitator, the foam is very small.

Not the best
It worked great for a while but just decided to quit working. It’s like there’s a loose connection between the container and the base.

Great Device
So far so good with this frother. Easy to use. Use it to heat my creamer rather than get my coffee cold. Also, cold foam. Solid device and does what it should.
