Definitely Worth the Money
I bought this as soon as I bought my Xbox. This charging station is incredibly easy to use, and it's easy to tell when they're charged because of the lights changing color. It takes a little bit of elbow grease to insert the new battery packs, but it's not overly complicated. They do not take a ton of time to charge, and the battery life on this thing is crazy long. I would recommend fully charging the batteries before use, just in case. I've had this for two years at this point and it still works fantastic. If you play a lot, it will pay for itself and produces no waste, unlike batteries. Highly recommend.

Great charging station
I had acouple PowerA items before, and they hadn't disappointed me yet, this included. In fact, this might be one of my favorite ones. I wanted a white station to match my xbox, and I wanted one that could do two controllers. This fit just perfectly. But one thing I didn't realize beforehand was the way the charging actually works. You insert the rechargable pack and plate into the controller. Next you set it onto the charging station. When you do that, nothing happens. You need to press down the small section, until you hear the click, that the controller rests on. Now a light will appear underneath. Now it sounds like a small detail that probably didn't need to be described. But when playing in a dim/dark room, or keeping it where you sleep, you'll realize how great it is. you have a place to rest your controllers, no lights on, no need to worry about overcharging, etc. This small detail is probably my favorite part about it.The only con, imo (and it's so small that it's not worth docking a star), is that it isn't usb powered. a majority of the charging stations use usb, but this needs a regular outlet connection

Still great a year later
I purchased the white one to match with my Xbox One S.My first impressions when opening the package is that the product feels a little cheap and light, but it works perfectly fine. I like that the light changes when it is charged up and you can use it as a stand when it is done charging.____________________________________________Update: This product is still working perfectly with no issues at all after a year and a half of solid use. One thing I've learned in that year though is that it is way easier to press down on the device to charge and uncharge, rather than pressing down on the controller itself. I'd imagine that if I had been pressing down on the stand with the controller instead of directly on the stand, it probably would have led to some issues with the charging ports after a while, but I haven't done that. All in all, great product, great price, would definitely recommend.

Not just for charging, also a simple docking station to keep your controllers neat & out of the way!
Works great! I like that you push and click it down to charge, (lighting up red if charging and green when it's fully charged), because then you can push & click again to stop the charging process so that you don't have to waste electricity by leaving the charging connection open, plus I assume a charging connection left fully charging always would most likely burn out and therefore kill the charging dock much quicker than a charging dock in which you can stop the charging connection once the charging process is complete like this one.

Good
I’ve had these since July and they’ve held up well, charges in a reasonable time ( for me at least. i don’t use my game every hour of the day so a lot of the times i’m not rushing to get back to see if my controller is charged, and most times i’m only watching tv so i actually use the xbox app to control from my phone ) they also stay charged for a good while. like i said, a lot of times i’m not using my controller when i’m just watching netflix or hulu or whatever else and sometimes i’ll only play for a hour or two and with this light use my controller has stayed charged for maybe a maximum of three days. there are times where i’m constantly playing the game all day and if it’s just gotten off the charger it will stay charged for the whole day and sometimes a little while into the next. but this is just how it is for me, if you’re a constant gamer i wouldn’t know how long it would last for you.

Such a nice dock!
I use this to charge all of my controllers with powerA batteries. However, they do not last forever. This is my second dock of this brand as the connection and the cable slowly get damaged and will not work after awhile. Still nice overall

Works great!
Gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! My brother is very tech savvy and strongly recommended this brand over others who sell similar products.

Great charger! batteries last long
Very easy to use. You can use it as a controller dock and if your controller needs to be charged just pop it down and it charges. It only takes about 1hr and half or so to charge when controller is dead. The rechargeable batteries fit well into the controller and last a long time. And it is sponsored by microsoft so that just makes you more sure that it will work. (Sense it is designed by microsoft and not some 3rd party)
