Great tub! Saves my back, keeps the dogs still
I have decided to stop taking our dogs to the groomer every month and go back to washing our dogs myself. But washing them on the driveway sucks. Neither of my dogs likes baths so they donāt stay still, I get wet, the water from the hose continues to run while Iām shampooing them which is waste, and my back hurts from bending down and wrangling then the whole time for two dogs.So I decided to buy a stand up tub. The raised tub and harness were the selling points for me. I bought a large and that was a good size for us. My dogs are 45 and 50 lb medium dogs (Aussie Shepherd and small Malinois). I believe the sizes listed by the manufacturer are accurate. The tub could easily be used by larger dogs I just like the extra room.Setting it up was fairly easy. The hardest time I had was snapping the top rim of the tub to the bottom portion. It fits in a groove and you insert the ridged tabs into slots. Some of them were easy to get in, others were quite difficult. I finally used the end of rubber mallet handle to give me the leverage to get them in that worked well though. Everything else was very quick and easy to set up.I love the harness for keeping the dogs in place. The rubber mat is great. I wanāt sure if the shampoo cup was going to fit my oval bottle of shampoo and next to the bottle of conditioner (I thought maybe it was just designed for two round bottles) but they both fit just fine. I didnāt wind up using the sprayer since I bought a separate sprayer but I did clip it onto the side of the tub and it seems like that would be really convenient. With the legs tapering outward it makes it really stable. I was comfortable stepping back at the end to allow them to shake the water out of their fur a couple times before taking them down.Itās large so you do need a good place to store it when itās not in use. The legs are easy to put in and remove (no screws involved in that part) so that makes it easier and would make it more portable.

My dog is cleaner!!
Bathing him in the bathtub was bent over back breaking so he didn't get a bath as often as I would have liked - I just dreaded it! I was looking for a solution, found this and gave it a try. Tis raised dog wash was just what I needed! Washing him is a breeze, definitely faster and I can do it standing up (I'm 5'8") yay! Now... I bought the large tub even though my dog is not a large breed and only weighs about 35 pounds, but the medium for his size seemed too tiny, tight and compact and I wanted to be able to have room all around him to spray and I'm glad I went with the large model instead. My setup is outside off of the back patio and I'd like to keep it there but I'm looking for some kind of a cover so the sun and rain won't ruin it. Yes, the back end is open and there is an open drain, so this is more of a shower than a "tub" but I never submerged my dog in water anyway when I bathed him, so it was perfect for my needs. I did have some trouble with the leg assembly - although they fit in any of the slots, there are very faint markings where 2 legs must go specifically in the slots marked for them and 2 must match up with the others, front and back. I had 2 of them assembled when I noticed there were markings and one was on the wrong end so I would have had 2 legs in the wrong places had I not noticed that, even though it looked & seemed right, I'm glad I noticed it in the instructions before finishing the others. I have a feeling that is what is causing some of the problem with people having the legs pop out on larger dogs especially. The unit is not as sturdy as it could be for sure and it would trouble me if my dog were larger but this is perfect for our needs. What a back saver!!

Booster Bath Elevated Pet Bathing
Oh my word! Where has this been in all the years of bathing my dogs?!!?!? I cannot recommend this enough! In fact, I would give it more stars than 5..... It is just as described in every way! I do NOT DREAD washing my dog anymore. Even though I am about 5'7" and could use about 2-3 more inches of height on this bath thingy, it is suuuuch an improvement over a tub on the ground or in the house or a shower. It has saved my back muscles tremendously!!! AND AND AND there is no having to scrub down the bathroom after a dog bath. The bathing is done outside and all the shaken water can go wherever. There are several things I love about this bath "tub," but the best is that the dog cannot jump out. Well, chances are against that, unless you have a dog that is afraid of its shadow. If your dog likes a bath or even can barely tolerate one (but not highly aggressive), I bet this thing will calm him/her down. There is a collar in the tub that is tethered, left/front and right/front, to the tub. That is very effective with my beagle (beagles tend to be very compliant, but also escape artists). Also, the water just drains down to the back, through a hole, into an attached hose, and out onto open ground. Just spray down the tub and inside mat and let it dry before storing. I have found the whole thing, even though plastic, is very sturdy and strong. Also, my dog sits and stands while being bathed. I encourage you to measure your dog , front paws to back paws, before ordering in case your dog will be one that prefers standing.
