While I did not love this mattress (too firm), their customer service is wonderful and honest. I tried another mattress from this company (Natural Escape), and it has been so much more comfortable. They refunded my original mattress cost (minus $100), and even give a list of companies that take gently used mattresses. We called so many local companies who would not take our mattress, even though it is was undamaged. Once I submitted proof of my mattress donation, my credit card was promptly refunded. I would definitely purchase other products from MyGreenMattress because my customer service experience was painless.

I love it. It is on the firm side (which is why I order it). Just as good as the one in store and for half the price they sell in store here
