how do you order light blue earplugs?

Hello, our earplugs are all 8 color packs, not sold separately light blue.

what is the best way to install them

I sort of "screw" them in! They follow the contour of the ear canal as you twist them into place and I usually leave a little bit of the insertion tab sticking out so I have something to grad a hold of when I take them out in the morning.

Are the different colors different sizes?

They all the same size in different colors. Don’t waste your money they don’t work at all

How to best wash? How many uses for sleeping?

I generally wash my ear plugs once a week using mild liquid hand soap with warm water. I then allow to completely dry before placing back into the container which I wash and allow to completely dry as well. I also rotate using all of the ear plug sets to hopefully help them to last longer. My experience using ear plugs for sleeping, is that most ear plugs I've tried tend to "concentrate" on certain sound frequencies. So they don't cancel every sound totally, but they reduce the more bothersome noises so that I'm able to sleep more soundly throughout the night. I also get to sleep faster...even upon returning from midnight runs to the bathroom or refrigerator.
