Great product!
I first purchased this for my granddaughter who has trouble sleeping. It worked well. My husband and I have even started using it. Definitely helps sleep and seems to help with muscle fatigue. Put it on the bottom of feet in the back of my legs. Great quality and does the job.

This product is spectacular.If you have a child that suffers from any type of anxiety or stress simply roll this on and they will relax and sleep better

It works
It works .my kids like to put it on they think its fun. My 6 year old it works great. Myself as the adult even I have tried it. I haven't had good sleep in while and I used it and I slept better than I have in two weeks. I recommend it. if you roll it on and jus rub it in it doesn't leave a residue. Its nice and has a pleasant smell.

Works well!
I purchased this lotion for my 11 year old who has been having a lot of trouble settling for sleep. She won’t take oral magnesium supplements and even melatonin was not helping. Have used this every night for a week and she falls asleep quickly! I just rub a small amount (1 tsp, 5ml) on her back about an hour before bed. It smells great and absorbs quickly.

Didn’t Work For Us
Like others have already said, the smell is a bit off-putting. I bought this for my 6 year old daughter to help with winding her down for bed in the evening. For us, this didn’t work. I had high hopes, but we’ve had better luck with using magnesium gummies.

Helps calm down for bed
I use this on my 9 and 4 year old kids and it helps them calm down at night and get ready for bed.

Didn't work for us
Bought this for my grandson who was having a lot of trouble settling down and going to sleep at night. My daughter said she could not tell a difference at all. It was very easy to use but she went through the whole bottle with no results. She changed to melatonin and that worked better.
