I bought this to help my daughter with sleep and growing pains. I’m not to sure if it helps with sleep but it has helped with her growing pains because she’s not waking up in the night crying anymore. The reason for 3 stars is because I find the smell awful…it kinda smells like shea butter and throw up mixed together.

I bought this to use in conjunction with some magnesium supplements with my kiddo and the combo has really helped with his behavior! We’ve been using it regularly for about 5 weeks and we went from multiple issues a week at daycare to only one in the last month.

We have been using this product for about six weeks and have not had any results. My child has a hard time winding down and falling asleep at night and if anything it has been taking longer since using this product. We can roll it on at 730pm after a bath and still be awake and restless at 10pm. Before using this product, being asleep by 830/9 was normal.

This is a must for our house. I use it on all my kids and it helps them wind down and get ready for bed.
