Works just like it's supposed to. Cut quick and easy. Cut the old club grip and my jeans and my thigh. 15 stitches worth. LOL Be careful and use a club vise unlike me. ; )

Have removed many many golf grips. Have never had one of these hook type knives, have just used sharp knives and or utility knives.This tool works well and seems to be very sharp..... With an extra blade.....

This tool is not as heavy duty as you would like for the work it will be doing. It does cut the grips but you need to be very careful not to pull toward yourself. I wrapped a couple layers of athletic tape around the handle of the tool to give it a little more strength. If you have a utility knife you might be better served to just buy some blades that will fit it instead.

Forget the box cutter !! Worth every penny. Cuts like a hot knife through butter. Love it !Tom Lee

OK for the price, and you do get a 2nd blade. The handle is a small for an average sized hand making it a bit difficult to grip. Using a sticky grip glove helps.

This product is extremely dangerous and should not be sold !!! I received 11 stitches between my middle finger and index finger.While I was cutting a grip the yellow PLASTIC handle cracked and was very lucky not to totally cut my fingers off.There are several golf grip knifes that have metal handles that are way safer !!!!!!

Works great. I regrip clubs and it cuts easily through grips.
