I removed one star only because I couldn't get the fingerprint sign-in to work. I spent a couple of hours with tech support and they finally agreed to send me a replacement unit, only to find out that the next one had the same issue. It appears that both Windows and the drivers for the fingerprint recognition device needed to be updated before it would work.The Lenovo Migration Assistant app was stellar. It did a pretty good job of emulating my desktop, not perfect, but it saved a lot of time. It didn't bring over all of my programs, but downloading them wasn't a big issue.

I have have had this laptop for about 2 weeks, but so far I love it. It's is very fast. Of course, I would expect that with 1 TB of disk space and 64 MB of RAM. The touch screen works so much better than my previous laptop's touchscreen. So far, my favorite feature is the automatic on when I raise the lid. I don't have to press the on button. Yeah, I'm a little lazy. ;-) Apps and documents open so much faster. IF I had to complain about anything it would be that the keyboard is a little bit farther to the left than my previous one. So I'm making a lot of mistakes until I get used to it. Oh, and I have to mention my games. The graphics are so much better, and the games do not run sluggishly or freeze. I will try to remember to update this post in about 6 months with any complaints OR more praise.

Purchased this as a new product…As I was setting it up I find data stored on it and find that it had originally sold two years earlier.I returned it

I recently bought this model with a 20gb memory. After two weeks I had problems, I got the famous "Blue screen of death" I took it to an authorized Lenovo center and they told me that the laptop was sold to me altered. This computer only supports up to 12GB. It was easier to repair with them than to go through the entire return process with Amazon. So please, keep that in mind before you purchase.

Arrived fast and was able to get set up quick. My main purpose for this laptop was for editing HD video. So Far so go. Read a few reviews stating this PC didn't work with Premier Pro 22. I did have a issue first start up with Premier. installed all updates and tried again. works like a charm. We will see how it goes with bigger videos but for now it does what i need it to.

Overall, love this laptop, however, I wish the charge held longer and a better standby. That's a little disappointing.

The computer began to malfunction 2 days after arrival and was returned.Lenovo packing was well done, however, it was shipped in an Amazon box with1 sheet of brown paper & no other packing material.
