Determine screw length before installing, do not use the break-off ones.
So I'm putting these on some serving boards for a christmas treat kind of gift. After drilling the installation holes and then using a forstner bit to cut the backside for the head of screw to rest below the surface. I used the breakoff screws bc the non-breakoff was way to long to allow the handles to sit nice and tight on the board face. So I broke off several sections of the screws I used (ones included) but when hand tightening, I ended up breaking the last off bc I had left the last breakaway alone bc that gave me the length I needed but I didn't expect hand tightening would have created enough force to snap it off. So the threads that broke off got stuck inside the handle and rendered it useless as I couldn't tap it out to re-use. If anyone was wondering, the included screws are #8-32 round head machine screws (no where is it mentioned on what size they are) . I bought a 25pk bag off amazon of 3/4" which is the length I needed without any breakoff sections. Hope this helps ya'll out there.

Looks great, easy to install with a template. Snap screws could be an issue
These look great and by purchasing a separate drawer/cabinet door template they are easy to install. Snap screws are always a problem as you might break one off and not be able to get the broken piece out. You also risk damaging the threads with the pliers. An easy way around this is cut most of the snap part with a hack saw and then only hold the screw head with one plier while snapping off the piece you want to remove. After that simply avoid over tightening the screw so that you don’t accidentally snap it.

Beautiful knobs & pulls
After reading multiple reviews for these knobs & matching pulls, I went ahead and pulled the trigger (heh). These really are quite lovely; they're heavy, have a good surface feel, and look great. What more could I ask?
