nothing was wrong with the item. Just has way too many parts. Its hard finding a proper case for Samsung J7. I have had my phone a while, so I've gotten used to how BIG it is. But it is indeed hard finding proper phone cases. I tossed out everything but the back case, which is what I was needing anyway. I don't understand the need for so many pieces, and no one wears their phones on their waist anymore, so the clip is irrelevant. The actual back case is sturdy enough for me to be 100% satisfied with it. I just wish this company would sell a variety of cases.ps the back case has a mini plastic stand for you to prop your phone up sideways to watch videos. Thats cool.

I am super pleased with how slender this case is. It was easy to put on my phone and is smaller than any of my previous cases. The only issue I have is with the belt clip. I took it out of the bag, tested the kickstand on it, and the belt clip broke at the hinge. Aside from that, loving this cell phone case

I like the full bodied protective case w/kickstand … but if you intend on carrying the phone in the belt clip holster, you should look for another product. The belt clip broke off the 2nd time I tried clipping it on my belt. That whole Belt clip "spring" assembly is very fragile & cheaply constructed …. BUT … for less the $10 I really should not be surprised. The other half of the product (the phone protector with kickstand) fits the Samsung Galaxy J7 -2015 model perfectly and does a good job of protection. It's too bad the Holster part is useless.

the product has a different 'catch' system that is too snug for the cellphone to be freely released to answer a call. However it does not have the clip that breaks and make the earlier edition less favorable to me and requiring this replacement. other than that , its fine.

Over all good Full-Body Protective case for Samsung J7 phone, Would buy again!
