If you are occupied with your chores/work for almost the day and couldn't spend time on regular cleaning, then this is a must have for your home. We were skeptical about robotic vaccum and saw this within our budget. We went ahead and ordered it though it is fairly new in the market space.Product:Ibell had build a nice quality vaccum and it is value for the buck. Suction power is good enough for clearing daily sorts of dirt that is found on the floor, not too strong but not too weak also. It clears the corners very well. The auto cleaning & docking feature is great. All the sensors work great. Works fine on carpets as well.Maintenance:Just clear out any mats from the floor where the strands of the mats are worn out. This works well on a well stitched mats but on torn mats, the strands get stuck to the rolling brush and you will have to untangle it. Also clear out things like headphone wires, shoe laces and anything which could get tangled and you will have to untangle yourself.This needs regular cleaning of its brushes. Human/pet hairs get stuck in the brush and you have to cut them and clean atleast once in 2 days. If maintained well, this is a great help for your home.Customer service:IBell is very thoughtful and called us on the day of delivery, explained brief about the product and sent all the manuals and instructions in WhatsApp. I felt it is a nice gesture. Hopefully this customer centricity continues.Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget robotic vaccum.

its good for a quick dry clean, on the floor its starts faltering as soon as it comes in touch with a carpet so not great for that, not best for wet mopping, it takes very little water, but at this price point I think its a pretty good product, its will not completely replace the way a person would clean the floor but if you a big place and not enough time during lockdown I would definitely recommend it

Reviewing after days of usage, pretty much satisfied with the product. These are some of the views after using the RV:1. Good suction, sweeping and mopping functions. Cleaning functions are up to the mark. But I found the water capacity in the reservoir is small, that could have been a lil' more.2. Lightweight, Slim design and sounds calm.3. Works fine with both remote and the mobile application.4. It's smart and safe for sure, it doesn't fall from stairs, charges it's own and after charged it continues cleaning; true to there quote: "always ready for your service"5. You can schedule for cleaning any time. That's something I found great, you won't see a messy house anymore when you're back from work.The battery life could have been a little more, you know,.... but hey you can't really complain respective of the price.For this budget, the device is more than just great. I would highly recommend this wonderful RV.

IBELL Robotic Vacuum Cleaner with Self-Charging. This product is good value for money.Reason for choosing this machine is the product is backed by IBell. IBell is an Indian multinational engineering and technology company based in Kochi Kerala.This robotic Vacuum Cleaner is more for sweeping than mopping. As for mopping the water tank capacity is 150ml which is insufficient for a good area for mop, also the mop pad to floor contact is uneven and for dry dust compartment is 250ml good enough for dust collection. Unit is compact and good. I suggest if the company can provide another 2 in 1 reservoir with 250ml water and 150ml dry compartment as an optional accessories it would be more useful for larger area mopping with a better ground contact pad (practically useful).Suction power of 1300pa is good enough to clean dry dust.Plan and schedule option is quite good. It has full functional remote which is very useful.Issues I found is cleaning record (History) is not available. Cannot assign a zone or room mapping.Packing: Good damage proof.Delivery: Earlier than given date.Customer care: Easily reachable.Highly recommended product for sweeping and light mopping.

The best decision I made recently is to purchase this robot. No more maid hassles, while I attend to my daily activities, robot silently does the work in the background. Dusting is perfect, mopping will require some attention. The customer service needs a special mention for being very attentive and customer friendly.
