قمت باستخدامها حتى الآن عدة مرات وهي ممتازة لكن يجب تجربتها على الأقل لمدة 6 أشهر حتى تعرف مدى جودتها، لأني قمت باستعمال العديد من العجانات وعانيت منهم

Used for dough kneading twice. 2 kg of flour + other ingredients, total approx. 6.5 kg of dough. Powerful (using the dough hook), easy to operate. I was scary that TiltUp head will break, wobbling quite hard, but still in position. After kneading heavy dough for about 15 minutes, temperature of tilting head (back side, where I suppose that electric motor is mounted) was quite high. Not observed any air cooling orifices. Not sure if motor power is 2000W, but was capable to prepare heavy dough (use max. speed 2). The container is quite big (10 Liters, in specifications). Sometime had to stop, as the dough have tendency to "climb" on the hook, to planetary gearbox. For egg white whipping, no problem at high speed (6).

The bowl is wow to knead large quantity of dough ! It’s easy to use .

It broken by itself after few time use.the customer services number does not answer and the guarantee is to trick people

This product is budget friendly with very high performance and quality, my mom loves it and has been using it from the day we purchased. We went with 10L option as we often bake bread and other pastries but for people with less requirements I suggest to opt for a 5L option.

Worrying this review is 2025! Bought is 2022 and it’s still absolutely amazing

The mixer is good, strong and works really well, the only problem I had is when I needed a replacement part the seller was slow to reply or just doesn't in an appropriate answer, customer service was awful, I repeat TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you want to have a mixer with replacement parts DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS ONE. Now have to send the whole item back.

Unfortunately I wish my experience had been better. Firstly my mixer didn’t arrive with all the different heads. They said they would send them but never did. Mixer worked for a few months but then the only head I had (whisk) broke into pieces. I have been awaiting a replacement for 3 weeks now with rubbish replies from their customer services. Very frustrating company and I’ve lost out on so much money as I use this product to make skincare & sell which I haven’t been able to do. I have no requested a full refund, I’m hoping that I don’t have to buy from this company again.
