I really love that this comes in premeasured packets. We use this in our toilet bags when camping and it works great. It really absorbs a lot of urine and you can always add another packet if you want a more solid gel. We used to use a more expensive brand that came in a bulk jar that you had to scoop. These packets are so much more convenient, especially when we have several people in camp and have to tell them how to use the "facilities". These packets keep the powder sealed so it doesn't absorb moisture before you use it. We also dry camp a lot in our RV so don't want to waste water and the hassle of dealing with the black water tank so I line the RV toilet with disposal bags and use the powder and bags the same as when we are setting up an outdoor toilet.

Works as described, and it’s a great price. It does help with odors but only after it’s absorbed and that could take hours. The two minute thing isn’t really realistic. It does start to absorb by 2 minutes but it’s not nearly enough time to do it’s job. You have to be patient. And that goes for the others as well, this is my second try with pretty much the same gelling product but different manufacturer. It works the same. The only thing I would improve is to add some perfume.

This stuff works! 1 tiny pack locks up so much liquid. Using it in a bedside commode and one pack put in a plastic liner, it make emptying almost not unpleasant. I don't remember how much it says it will absorb, but it will do that easily and probably more.
