I sat back and took this whole book in. It gave me many things to ponder, and gave me tools to use. I wasn't always in agreement on every view the author had, but enough for this book to be a great listen and learn. I highly recommend.

A fairly mediocre effort by Rabbi Boteach, whom I highly respect. Fairly obvious observations, written in an almost blog-post style. I expected much more from the Rabbi, but perhaps he has just gotten too busy. I would recommend his much earlier books, which are deeper but still very accessible.

Mostly, this book was an easy read that presented the same stuff found in other books of this type. There really was not much new, although I appreciated the concept of "embrace the struggle." I thought the author included too much about his own situation/struggles, so it was more of a "learn from my experiences" kind of book--I found it difficult to relate to much of it.

Must read is all that needs to be said!!!! You learn a lot about YOU!!!! Makes you think!! Get your copy TODAY!!

I've bought a few book by this author and am never disappointed. His honesty and genuine care for others lives comes through in each chapter and he seems to really be able to connect with readers. I worked through this book on a chapter a day basis. It was tough because I wanted to keep going! It was the right choice though, give yourself the chance to really think about and mull over the issue raised in each chapter and how it could apply to you and your life. It has the ability to be life changing.
