Ok so I have been using these for months now and they work. I have plantar fasciitis and like I could make it thru a day even taking breaks taking my shoes and or boots off and resting my feet I mean I tried different boots different insoles and yeah I can't afford that good feet store $300-500 pair of custom fit insoles so the Riverside foot doctor recommended I try these out. And they work feet much better off I can make it thru the day and not set in my car in my drive way with tears in my eyes over the pain in my feet and the thought of having to walk on them to go in my house. like truly my feet are so much better. I mean they still hurt after being up on them but it isn't unbearable anymore and it isn't all that bad most days. Now that I have conveyed to you how good they work let's talk about what sucks about them. One you can not use them with anything else in the show or boot what so ever, you have to take everything out and put these in and use them like that or they kill your feet. and this leaves no padding for the rest of you foot and the balls of your feet and your toes have to just be left to deal with that rough scratchy bottom of your shoe or boot with nothing but the sock on your. Idk why the hell these people didn't make this product so it fits the entire shoe or boot or have it so it can go on top or under the factory insoles, maybe could be paired with a thin gel or air cushion but yeah no I tried all that and yeah these things have to be the only thing in your shoe for them to work right. The little round Velcro things that come with them to keep them in place in your shoe, yeah they suck and don't work. They give you low medium and high arch options and have one installed in the insert all ready. These things wear out and you will have to replace them idk if you can get just the parts that snaps in and out or have to get new supports and everything. Which the part that snaps in that wears out the snapping design itself fails and the things just fall out all the time so yeah I am going to just order a new set. Even though there are three ngs about them I just absolutely hate I will be buying them again and again I don't care how many times I have to buy them I am going to buy them and look for a way to have the ball of my feet and toes some cushioning because these things are what has saved my feet because I was seriously contemplating just blowing my feet off at the ankle with my shotgun of cutting them off with a chainsaw.... Yeah I was at the end of the rope with these dang feet of mine and things were about to get crazy because nothing as hurt me like my feet were hurting my in all of my 43 years on this earth.

I started having heel pain after walking. I found these and decided to try them. WOW!!! I put them under my gym shoes inserts and they feel great! I move them to under my Croc fur inserts that I wear indoors because they feel so good. I have no more pain and decided to purchase a second set so I don’t have to keep moving them from shoes to shoes! Thank you!

My dad has been using these for some time and really loves them. I have flat feet and as someone who's always on his feet ive had issues for quite some time with trying out several different Insoles and they all seem to work for a bit but then they dont last. I've had these for awhile and I strongly advise to follow the directions of starting with a n hr a day or whatnot. If u rush it you will end up in more pain then ubstarted with. Take your time. I have them on everyday for atleast the last month or so and they have helped alot. Im on the lowest setting and not sure if im supposed to eventually go up to the middle but I guess we shall see.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve used Walkfit inserts for years. They support my arches so I am not in pain after walking all day at the park…mall or just daily chores.

I have worn orthotic for decades. I hadn’t realized my old 300 dollar orthotics decade plus old ; are worn down. Since I discovered these I have enjoyed walking without a whole lot of pain. Alignment comes to mind. Happy with the product for functionality and price. They do what they are supposed to do.

I used these years ago and finally am getting more as i find that they help tremendously for supporting my foot arch while working on my feet all day. What i mean is i notice that with the arch support i dont get the leg and foot pain as i did prior to using these. You do need to start on the lowest level and work your way up because it will hurt and discourage you if you do not do it properly. But do the work and you will find them to be worth the purchase.

I've been using these insoles since they were first marketed via late night paid programming in the late 90s. I'm flat footed and always had trouble running and walking long distances without pain at the sole of my foot or the inner part of my shin. Thanks to these, I was able to run, sprint, and jog for years. They completely changed my life. So why then did I give these three stars, it should receive at least four right? WRONG. The original insoles from the 90s were a one piece design. The plastic was sturdier and longer lasting, I remember this being one of the touted virtues of the Phase 4 Orthotics as they were simply called then. That original pair lasted well over 10 years before it showed any cracking. It was then that I decided to purchase a new pair and noticed that they were now called Walkfits and had some kind of gel at the heel, and an insert up front. I was impressed, thinking they were probably better, but boy was I wrong. The new design (new at that time) brought with it a multitude of problems which ultimately destroyed the durability of the insole. Because it had an insert and a gel portion at the heel the insoles were prone to premature cracking. The natural arch or curve they have when new quickly flattens out. The gel portion weakens and your heel ends up sinking into the crevice where the gel is. Which in itself hasn't been an issue for me, but I can imagine it isn't healthy for your feet. I've had to purchase several pairs since then to replace the failing ones not to mention I rotate use with three different pairs to lighten the workload. To make matters worse, they keep getting more expensive. It has become obvious that this company redesigned the insole for two main purposes. One, to make them seem more appealing by looking customizable (insert options) and comfortable (gel heel). Two, to make them less durable so that customers keep coming back for more, more often.
