Perfect backyard house
My son LOVES this house. It was easy to assemble, great size (not too big & not too small), and it’s a pretty cute one. We didn’t want a plastic one so we really like this one. It’s been 6 months or more and it’s withheld the rain/ cold weather with no issues. The only thing that has came off was the mailbox and we put it back on (since it was the lawnmowers fault.) My son and cousins play in it ages 5-8 so depends on your kiddo.

Cute and easy to assemble
This was way easier to assemble than I would have thought. With a few minor conversions we turned this into a little chicken coop.

DISASTROUS
Firstly, as soon as I opened the package a strong smell wafted into my face and stayed in my house hours after. Then, as I started actually getting into the box I realized there was a huge no no- fiberglass. Everywhere. Everything was covered in fiberglass and at that point it was already in my house and mind you I have carpet and clearly I have children. After 30 minutes of cleaning fiberglass it was time for the build and that’s when I was met with split wood. A few pieces of wood came split and thank goodness I have a husband that works with stuff like this so he was able to glue it with wood glue fortunately. You may be wondering why I didn’t return it and to that I’ll say, this is one of the only gifts my child is receiving for their birthday and their birthday is in a couple of days. I cannot return this and get a new one in time. I would turn to look elsewhere for a playhouse. This was a mess and not worth the price point.

Good purchase
Bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter. Her dad put it together easily and had no complaints. Have not had it long enough to comment on durability or sturdiness. Thinking about adding shingles on the roof for extra protection. She loves it and the flower box is especially nice 😊

Quality
Very easy to assemble took very little time to get it all together . Although the next day the bottom of the door was broken and the door just swings open and shut because there is no latch , so I’ll be adding one . Very disappointed that it broke especially because of the price .

Great Little Play Shed for the Money
We purchased this for our children's library. It was easy for me to assemble. The only problem was attaching the flower box to the shed. The screws that were sent were only just long enough to go through the flower box and barely into the shed. I was very careful and had the right bag of screws. I took one that was extra from another step and used it in the center to secure it. Mailbox was already assembled and the lid is very lopsided. I could have done a better job assembling it. Pieces painted white seemed to be made of cheaper wood. Split easily. Overall, the shed looks cute and seems sturdy. The kids won't notice any problems and will love it!

Not for outside use
I’ve never written a bad review of an Amazon product but this play house deserves one. We bought this the end of may, it’s now August and the thing looks like it’s been through an earthquake. I live in an area that doesn’t get much wind, if ANY, however one tiny gust of wind is enough to send this play house in the air. The wood seems very cheap and it doesn’t seem sturdy at all. The first experience it had with wind, it snapped the roof in half, the sides of the walls bowed in and the chalkboard flew off. It is unusable to my 2 year old now because it seems so unsafe with how fragile it is. Save your $
