Lixada Adjustable Retractable Carp Fishing Rod Pod Stand Holder

I got this rod pod and love it. I also have the croch rod pod which is quite heavier duty. But this one is great for on the go so easy to set up. Works great Of you have a bait feeder reel on your pole when the fish hits just takes your line and the pod holds up great. Mine did come dented and bent on the main bar that extends not because of manufacturing but I believe cause of shipping. But let me tell you docooler was just fantastic about this there customer service is second to none. I emailed them and that day they informed me they were sending me another one they kept in touch with me through the whole thing and I received the second one 10 days later which coming from China is fantastic. I can’t say enough about there customer service they were great and handled this great they even told me to keep the first one which I can use for parts just in case this one breaks. But if you use the right equipment reels and poles or leave the nail open after you cast you will have no problems with this unit breaking. And I will order from this company any time I trust them.

Worked well for about 3 weeks (3 outings) when the fittings started to slip. 4th week, locking parts are no longer stable and won't lock at all. Finally, 5 weeks in and it failed all together. Return window on it is closed so I only got about a month use (5 outings) out of it. Can't test these things out in such a short amount of time so the return window on this is also ridiculous. If you're a serious bank angler, this is no good.

use for bank fishing for catfish and carp

Comes in handy when using multiple poles . Only real complaint is most of the folding parts are made from a cheap plastic

I am not too happy with the lack of sturdiness of this rod pod. It is pretty flimsy. The plastic threaded parts seem to strip easily. I guess I can't expect much better at this price.

Locking nuts slip; legs do not align; feels so cheap. Best thing about this support is the bag that comes with it.

Was not at all what I expected. Piece was broken when I got it.
