I must admit that this is the first time that I have tried maple sugar and I am really impressed so far! I really love the roasted caramel taste that it has, of course this is all naturally derived from the maple tree syrup. I would say that it is too expensive to cook with, which is of course the only con of this product for me. Though as an every day natural alternative to granulated white sugar, it is perfect for adding to teas/coffees or perhaps to even topple over pancakes with some lemon juice.This is the premium grade of maple sugar, so it is unlikely you will find better quality and taste elsewhere. So, if you would like to taste the best sugar out there and see what all the hype is about, look no further than this maple sugar by BONRAW!Overall, 4 stars (due to the high price and average packaging quality). 5 stars for taste however ;)!Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

I like this as an alternative to sugar for cooking or baking or in tea or coffee

Extremely overpriced and the taste is so subtle, you have to add quite a bit even to porridge.Love the make Bonraw, other sugars are amazing but this, not so good. My fault, I should have read the pot size 125g.

totally delicious!Used it as the sweetener in chocolate Icecream and it was perfect. It gave my Icecream a really sticky toffee type flavour.

As far as sugar goes its sweet. But not alot of flavour to go with it.
