I’ve only used the device twice, but it worked very well. It is long which I thought I would like for one purpose. It almost was too long, but it’s very nice. I used it for my sourdough loaf and also to test water temperature.

Functionality is great as long as the accuracy of this product battery life is working fine quality is very well made display size is actually perfect.

This is perfect to check the temp for water or milk to be used when I make bread, easy to read and works great!

Good temp tool but very light weight. Best for occasional use.

Love this thermometer. This is essential for bread baking. Unfortunately the "complete " bread baking kit I purchased was missing this item so I had to purchase separately. Easy to use, quickly measures the temperature.

I use this for cooking meat all of the time. You never really know the status of the meat, unless you know the temperature. I really like this tool!
