Received product fast. Very attentive seller! I bought this product because my experience in IM was extremely tough. Attention to detail seemed to always be an issue. Important topics were overlooked and it became a real problem for me. During physical exams, my presentations were always missing important key points. This became a constant problematic situation which started to affect my performance. I tested templates online and it helped a bit, but having it organized in this pocket sized book was extremely convenient. This is the best 14 bucks I spent because it exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt this was developed by professionals. Just the other day my attending took me to the side. He was impressed by my presentation! Never thought I would hear those words. The book trains my brain to remember and be more organized. It works. Would recommend to ALL!

the print and area to chart is entirely too small. This was a waste of $15.
