I took one star away because in certain places the text and photos don't match up or are out of sequence. The part on working the angles on the opponent is most valuable.

Needed a Basic training refresher Not a bad book

Thought it would be a little better. More for kids on the playground trying to stand up to a bully, not lifesaving self-defense.

Good for the boot camper to drill up in.

I am still reading it and I dont regret buying it

Don't buy this book expecting to learn secrets, but it's an interesting read from a historical sense. I say this as a Marine (no longer active or reserve) with almost 20 years of martial arts experience, post-service.

Ich finde das Buch an sich gut , aber die Bilder sind sehr leicht gedruckt d.h manchmal sehr schwer zu erkennen.Dazu kommt das alles sehr klein gehalten ist und die Seiten nie vollständig beschrieben oder bebildert sind.

Mal stampato, immagini scarse, non lo consiglio
