I have a 32" inseam and this comes about to my ankles. It does run small. I wear a size 6 and had to get a size large. The multiple layers of crinoline make a good amount of floof - enough to poof out a skirt or dress without being unwieldy. It has 2 layers of ruffled crinoline over a satin lining (so you don't have the crinoline scratching your legs).It comes folded in squished into a relatively small bag, so it will need to be ironed. It took me about 20-30 min to iron all the layers, then it looked quite nice. You could def wear a gathered skirt over it that shows the petticoat.

I loved this skirt!! Super fluffy but the first night I went out wearing it out it got teared up so easily :( be careful with wearing it out you wouldn’t wanna waste your money like me :p

I’ve never owned a petticoat in my life and don’t know why! It definitely elevates your dress/skirt and gives it that extra umph that makes it from flat to fab! This was super comfortable and made a big difference in my cosplay dress. It is sheer but not enough to display the goods and helped hide the goods without the need for shapewear under my dress. I stuck to my usual size and tbh I could’ve gone one size down but that didn’t bother me because I still felt so beautiful and true to character.

Holds up nice and firm. Keeps your long skirts and dresses flowing and swaying nicely.

for using petticoat

It was too long. It fit otherwise. I'm 5'4" and took up each layer by about an inch, so 3" total. I used it under a ballgown style skirt and it gave the skirt an excellent shape.

It was packed as a very slim item as it was vacuumed but when I opened it was beautiful and elegant, I tried seems fit but a bit loose, I have not wore it, when I will wear it I will know How it will carry for a longer period of time.

I thought it had string to tighten. It does not. It's too big. And I measured my waist before ordering. Disappointed I need to contact the company in order to exchange for a smaller size. I hope I get it before the wedding I need to wear it to as a brides maid.
