Found a workaround for sometimes not using the lid's vent hole, and now it's perfect!
I really like my new skillet. The vent hole in the lid is one reason I chose it.But once I started using it, I realized that sometimes I don't want that vent. I want an almost-airtight lid instead.Took me a few minutes to figure out how to convert it for those airtight times. If I had a pressure cooker, I'd use the weight that goes with it, but I don't.Finally, I used one of the extra fittings that thoughtfully were included for attaching the skillet handle. When it's flipped upside down, the domed top of the fitting fits nicely over the vent hole. And some steam still escapes around the lid's perimeter, but doesn't shoot out the hole, which is fine. What began as a disappointment ended as a celebration... a lid that shoots out steam and a lid that doesn't!! Great design guys!! Thank you!!If you try this, know that the small piece is immediately extremely hot, and also that it rolls easily off if the skillet or lid are even slightly moved. Be careful not to let it roll somewhere that's difficult to retrieve from and don't get burned!!.

Good Product
Set of three pans, with handles included separately in the packaging. These are easily attached with included tools. This is a great deal for a nice product, which works well for it’s intended purpose. Food can stick of course, but these do not scratch easily, are simple to clean & dishwasher safe. We appreciate the variety of sizes, with the largest allowing for ample space to cook meals.

Good pans, just not fully clad in SS. Please see my UPDATE.
I like these pans and I use them almost daily. This isn't a review about food sticking or not. There's a way to cook with stainless and there's a way not to. My problem is with the fact that this pan is not completely clad in stainless. The core is aluminum, and that's fine. It is sandwiched between two pieces of SS. But, as can be seen in my picture, there is exposed aluminum between these two SS surfaces.Does everyone notice the small black specks? They're not specks. That is pitting. From where, you may ask. From the dishwasher, or to be specific from the harsh chemicals that are in dishwasher detergent. It reacts with aluminum, eats it away and eventually destroys it. It does not affect the SS.Believe it or not, I just noticed these pits in January of 2025. I've had the pans since April of 2024, but I never noticed the exposed aluminum. It blends pretty well with the SS that surrounds it.If you hand wash then you'll have no problems. But if you use a dishwasher, know that you'll be replacing these eventually. I'm going to use mine until they deteriorate and then I'll buy different ones that are truly ALL-CLAD IN STAINLESS STEEL WITH NO EXPOSED ALUMINUM which cannot stand up to dishwasher detergent. This is a fact. All Lolykitch had to do was NOT leave a 1/16th inch gap of aluminum exposed and these would be 5 star pans all day, everyday. Why Lolykitch? Why? 99.9% of your pan is covered in SS already. Why would you leave this small, tiny area exposed so that it eventually destroys the pan? And no, it is not dishwasher safe, especially in the long run.*UPDATE* ---->>> PLEASE READI added one star to my review from the original three stars. Shortly after my original review posted, LOLYKITCH reached out to me and apologized for their pans. They offered me either a replacement or a full refund. Mind you this is a full 8 months after my original purchase. I was surprised and thought this was really nice of them. While I stand behind my original review, I have to commend them on some really good customer service. Like I stated in my original review, if they could just change their manufacturing process to fully conceal any exposed aluminum, these would be 5 star pans. I messaged back and forth with a rep and stated as much. I hope they can look into fixing this so these pans are truly dishwasher safe, with no fear of future deterioration.Thank you LOLYKITCH for making things right for me. I appreciate it and your time.

Easy to clean and sturdy
I have 2 of these pans and ordered a 3rd larger one. I especially like how easy they are to clean. I have more expensive stainless steel pans but on those there is some burned on food that is impossible to clean off. My experience has been that these clean almost like new Teflon. Also, the pans are not flimsy and the bottoms are thick enough for even cooking.

Cooks with ease; cleans with ease.
I'm lovin' this pan. High quality materials make for nice even heating. The non-stick element on the pan seems to be ideal. Arrived fast, in great shape, cooks great, cleans with an ease. Just what I hoped for.

Pan warped very fast, good customer service
This pan warped very badly after only a month of use. It can’t sit flat on my stove anymore as it bulges out on the bottom. I have it three stars only because I reached out to the company to let them know and they refunded my money even though I bought the pan six months ago. I wouldn’t buy it again but good customer service.

Solid feeling pan. Large capacity.
Just ordered 2 different sautee pans from the same company which both said they were 12”, but this one said it was a 5.5 quart (saying 5.5 in description) and the other a 6 quart (and says 5.8qt in the description.) I wanted to see what the difference was. On the outside of each box it says 6 quart. They were both identical but different prices. Now, one box looks like it had been opened at one time. Did the person put the correct pan back in the box, thus both boxes saying 6 quart? I don’t know. Whatever, two 12” pans, identical, different prices, but both look very nice. I will keep the less expensive one! Diameter of pan is 12”, depth is about 3 1/4” and total length with handle attached is 22 3/4”. I hope this helps.

cleaning pan has special instructions, does cook well
Item was shipped within a few days of order. The pan heats quickly and does cook fairly evenly. on Amazon, the discription states it can be washed in the dishwasher. However, the cleaning instructions that came with the pan gives instructions for washing by hand and does not mention it being put in the dishwasher. My son cooked a hamburger in the pan which resulted in some of the grease being cooked onto the sides of the pain. The instructions were to boil water and vinegar in the pan for 3-5 minutes, that did not remove all of the stains; I used a paste of baking soda on a plastic scrubber which got most of the stain off but there is slight discoloration of the pan now.
