Mokacam 4K/1080P Action Camera with Waterproof Case, Gold

This is the most poorly made so-called camera I've ever seen. Customer support refuses to refund my money and wants me to send it to China for a replacement. Postage to China costs more than this thing is worth. Do not waste your money on this!

Made my contribution right after the CES show. That was January 9th, 2016. As a backer, I have received numerous emails explaining all the delays, yada yada yada crap. Still can't get Wang to own up and refund my money. What a joke this Campaign is. By the reviews read any consumer who purchased or purchases this item will be sorely disappointed and pretty much scammed. Definitely feeling mislead and taken advantage of. Don't purchase this item.

Holy moly, I have repeatedly asked the Mokacam team for an address to return the camera to as it doesn't work and is not at all what I expected. Like getting blood from stone. They keep saying 'We appreciate your understanding', but don't try to understand or help me. My advice - don't go near the thing!

I just received my mokacam today after so many months. It worked for few minutes and now is dead. The blue light on the top pf the camera is on. But i cannot turn off. The attached monitor on for few sec and now completely black. What the hell is happening??? I have been waited for so long, paid few hundreds bucks to have this s***. unbelievable

This production is very risk, most indiegogo backers are waiting to receive the mokacam but the producer doesn't information about status of production.Amazon take big risk to sell this product.

It's not a very good idea to sell these things on Amazon before they're shipped to the Indiegogo backers. Very, very few of the 3,000 plus backers have received the camera perks from their contributions. I understand that those that have received a camera are not happy with it. Here's just one of the comments identifying problems:Problem and issues on the devices:1) only fish cam mode, no normal mode can be selected2) no sound on video recording3）devices always hanged and needed to push reset button4) function buttons on device and screen are difficult to push and control is bad5) when i downloaded a firmware upgrade to V1.0.1, the device no longer be able to switch on anymore!

I received my camera, thoroughly read the instructions, not included, had to print them out via website.After days of attempting to simply take a picture, I can't figure out how. I cannot connect to Wi-Fi via the app on my smartphone.I cannot find a tutorial to explain how to operate the simplest features. I waited many months to receive the camera and now cannotuse it until someone gives me some practical steps for it's use. Camera does not appear to be user friendly. I am disappointed after such a long delivery delay.

DON`T BUY THIS CAMERA! If you decide to buy this camera first go to the indiegogo campaign [...] and read the comments there. This guys comparing themselfs with GoPro, but they are light years behind them. With them customer support, with the fake tracking numbers which they provide to their backers, fake updates, poor quality check and so on and so on.Read the comments before you buy!!

Good camera. I loved it.
