Might work, but might cut off circulation
I'm trying to correct my posture and I came across this brace, which honestly looks like it works very well. I was so excited when I got it over the mail and quickly wore it in the evenings after work. It does help remind you to sit up straight and keep your shoulders back, but I had to tighten this brace really tight in order to feel like it was working. I mean, so tight that it would feel like it was cutting off my circulation around my shoulders and I couldn't expand my lungs very much as the belt was super tight. Now, you can tighten it to your comfort, you decide how tight you want it. But when I would loosen it up a bit, my shoulders would hunch forward again and my upper back would hunch down again. So it felt that unless I had it super tight, instinctively, my posture would go back to the in-corrective way. However, wearing it does remind you to keep your shoulders back. It works as a reminder unless you have it on very tight and it forces your body to sit up straight, basically.

This brace has a great feel to and very comfortable. However, the straps could use a little more reinforcement as they are stretchable. I have bought this same brace from another company and it was fantastic and has improved my posture and stopped the back from aching.

Doesn't do much, just causes me to be uncomfortable
It's just uncomfortable. I still sit and stand with a slouch. Tried tightening, but that also didn't help and just made my arms and hands numb. Not worth it.

Stripes too soft
The design is correct but the stripes are too soft. I prefer:- Posture Corrective Brace- Beige 22"-46"A bit more expensive but comfortable and does the trick.

Helped my round shoulders.
Works well but temps are so high in AZ that it is uncomfortable in summer months to wear this brace. However, it works well in helping to keep shoulders back and not be hunched over.

didn't really work
I was looking for something to help with my posture and this didn't do what I needed. It has great adjustability, but it didn't keep me from slouching.

A Hassle
It is a hassle to work with all the time. I hate that I had to cut it for fitting and I only wore it once since buying it.

Not enough if support
Bought this item for a client for posture correction after neck surgery. The brace was to light and would only be used as a soft reminder but not true correction. Used for minor problems.
