We really like this soap dispenser and it worked great for 6 months and then stopped. We contacted customer service which was prompt, helpful and very professional about supporting our issue and making sure it was resolved. The thing that really sets a product apart from another is the customer service you receive when something goes wrong and rest assured that you have that support through this company. One learning to help prolong the easy usage of this item is to make sure your soap isn't too thick and that you dilute it properly with a little water (1/4 water) so that it can easily continue dispensing. We would confidently buy this product or any other from this company again in the future.

It’s a deal for $20 but this thing is huge! Sticks out like a sore thumb on my kitchen counter. My last auto soap dispenser had a much smaller footprint.Not 100% sold on the overall size- might look for something smaller

Okay, I gotta say, I didn’t think I needed one of these but now I don’t wanna go back. This automatic soap dispenser actually works really well. I put it in the kitchen by the sink and it’s been super convenient especially when my hands are dirty from cookin’ or cleaning. The sensor picks up quick, and no more slimy soap pumps! It’s got 5 levels for how much soap you want, which is pretty cool. I set mine to the middle one and it gives just the right amount. Haven’t had to refill it yet either the 17oz size lasts a while. The silver finish also looks sleek and kinda fancy it fits in nice with our kitchen stuff. Only thing is I had to mess with the angle at first so it don’t squirt off to the side but once you figure that out it’s smooth sailing. Honestly, this thing just makes life easier. I might get another for the bathroom.

I wanted to have less items on the counter around my sink. There's not a point to have hand soap and dish soap when Dawn will do both jobs. I wanted a dispenser so you didn't have to always pick up the bottle, something sturdy that wouldn't fall over when you pressed the pump. I saw this, and knew it was what I was looking for. One container, stays in place. No need to touch it when your hands are messy, and it holds quite a lot. You can control how much comes out at a time. It works great just by putting your hand or sponge underneath. You do have to go pretty close to the sensor to dispense, but I like that because it doesn't accidentally dispense soap while I'm washing dishes or cleaning the sink. Since it is clear, you know how much soap is left. I'm happy with it, and my family likes it too. Though, they're more impressed with it being automatic, than the practicality of it. I'm thinking about buying another one for the bathroom.

I'm really delighted with this soap dispenser! I highly recommend it. I've been looking for one elsewhere and on other apps, but most of them didn't work or they wasted a lot of product. I like it because it can be used for a long time. I like it because you can control the amount and it doesn't need to be connected. It works great, I've had it for 3 months now and I love it. :)
