FROGG TOGGSMen's Classic Pro Action Waterproof Breathable Rain Pant

The media could not be loaded.  Like:- Lightweight (7oz), great for backpacking.- Cheap compared to some of the more popular brands; maybe not as durable but in my case I will only wear them a few times a year so I don't foresee any issues. (though might be durable enough, I haven't tried them in the field yet).- Waterproof: I poured water on them, and the inside did not even get damp. If however I try to push air through the fabric (holding my mouth against it) a tiny amount of air does go thru. So they are somewhat "breathable". Will be nice for winter backpacking too.Don't like:- They are a bit noisy and feel like a piece of thin "cardboard" (see video). Not a deal breaker to me though.- I usually wear size Large pants (US waist 34, length 30 - I'm 5'9, 170lbs), but these are Medium, and fit me at the waist like normal Large pants would. The legs are baggy enough to allow for another pair of thick pants under. A Large would also work since the waist is elastic, though the legs may be even more baggy then. But either would be fine for a backpacking trip.

I do landscaping and these came in very handy for staying dry! They fit perfectly too

I was torn between a 3 and 4 star review on this product. In some respects this product is without question 5 star, it works just as it promises at keeping the rain off of me, and does so VERY well. In some respects this is a 3 star product, it does not feel comfortable and the material simply feels like a cheap reusable grocery bag... Perhaps I am being too difficult on the product, but I figure it is best to be fully transparent in the review process so that you as the potential buyer understands the benefits and downsides to the product.If you're looking for pure waterproof pants, these are GREAT, I wore them on a day of fishing where we received over 1" of rain and my shorts underneath stayed bone dry, for that I am totally thankful I have them and will be using them in this capacity from here on out. As far as wearing these anywhere but a camping, fishing, outdoors, event I can't see wearing them, sure they weren't meant to be stylish, and I get that, but overall the quality of the material simply feels cheap, I am not saying that is, but it feels like it would rip in a second if I managed to scrape it on a branch. Also this material is LOUD, you're not going to sneak up on anyone while wearing these pants, if you're going to be going hunting I would consider other options. Further the sizing on these is big, I presume this is to accomodate wearing other clothes underneath, which is fine, but I am 6'0" and I had to roll up the waist a bit to ensure the bottom of the pant legs was not dragging, not ideal by any means.

They are roomy and kept me dry, until the seem in the seat came apart. I might expect that after a year, but not after 2 or 3 weeks. I had some Shoe Goo on hand and used that to repair the seam.The first picture is from inside looking at the seat. The light is coming through a hole, the surrounding light area is worn thin. The second picture is looking at the outside of the pants. Not a good value, unless you like throw away rain pants.

Need something for working outside during the winter. Didn’t like the material and the fit was way too big.But they did the job and are water proof and didn’t weight much

Very light weight water proof pants.Fit well over my jeans and was very comfortable to wear.I carry them in my truck to use with my Frogg Toggs rain jacket!Inexpensive for my comfort as well.

Roomy, they fit nice over my rubber boots. They’re perfect at work as a cart pusher in rainy days. Pair it with a jacket or a poncho and you're basically waterproof. The only thing they are missing is a pocket otherwise it was what i was looking for, great purchase.

I rode my ATV from Errol New Hampshire to Gorham, it was about 35 miles through the north woods with off and on rain with temps around 56-58, these pants saved me when it started to rain hard. They’ve already paid for themselves and I will buy them again without hesitation if and when I need to. Well worth the price.

My husband has bought this product to wear over his pants when he is on his ATV. He loves them, they keep him dry and his pants do not get all muddy when he out on his ATV and in the mud. I have washed them 3 times already and I have had no problem with the way they wash. I do hang them to dry i have not put them in the dryer. If you are out for the day on your ATV and don't want your clothing get muddy I would buy them. Also they fold nicely to put in your cargo bag for the next time you need them.
