Suddenly I found myself retaining water after an illness. My feet were significantly swollen. My wife researched natural ways to relieve water retention. Dandelion root was mentioned to improve kidney function and relieve swelling caused by water retention. We found a product named Water Away by Natures Craft that contained dandelion root plus multiple other ingredients in a capsule. One capsule per day began relieving my severely swollen feet within a few days and after about 1 week to 10 days my feet were normal again. The product really works. The only downside was that the capsule is quite large but that was a small price to pay for the efficacy of the product. I highly recommend this product.

Product does seem to have a positive effect on water retention. I use it in conjunction with a daily 40mg dose of Furosemide. Using the Furosemide only, I was still having some issues with retention so I decided to try Water Away rather than increasing the dosage of the prescription medication. I have issues with my kidneys and any diuretic type drug is not kind to the kidneys. Everything feels ok so far. The only thing I concerned about is the manufacturer uses Dandelion Leaf as one of its key ingredients. Some outlets on the internet claim that this plant product may also have a negative effect on kidney functions. However, since some of the most respected kidney disease internet sites (like the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic) do not reference this matter at all, I will stay on my present course. As long as my test continue come back showing improved kidney functions and water retention is not an issue, I will continue taking my Water Away. One more thing - Huntington Labs is the manufacturer of this product,and does not appear to have any website which would provide some scientific research about a product like this. More supplement companies need to do this.

It can definitely help you if you have a water retention issue or think you need a little help with getting rid of water weight.

I was taking this because of water retention. It caused me to have a great deal of kidney pain in my lower back. The pain stopped as soon as I stopped taking these. I would rather have puffy ankles than the pain these caused.

These do work pretty good, however they are very potent and gave me slight dull pain in my kidneys, so just a forewarning.

My pharmacy was out of Lasix. I tried this and it worked very well.

Works great! The swelling went down in my legs. Tried to stop because I was better not a good idea so bought more heathy way to get relief from swelling.
