I have used this product continuously for years to ice my chronically painful knees. It is convenient and effective. However, the velcro system has a limited life. It becomes worn out and won't attach after about a year. I have been replacing my yearly because of that.

Excellent for icing after exercise!

My husband and I have both used this because it works so well. A friend loaned it to my husband after he had knee surgery and he liked it so well that we bought one. Recently I strained my knee and found it very helpful because it velcros into place so there's no ace bandage or other inefficient way to keep it in place. I definitely recommend it.

it was a fine product. It was just too heavy for the thin, frail person I bought it for.

An excellent product! I'm on my second set, now in rotation with my older set, which, though worn, still functions well. I'm active, and recently went through bilateral knee replacement. These packs give me the freedom to ice without the cumbersome ice machine. Highly recommend.Suggestion: The ice packs last longer than the sleeves. Just wondering if the company sells replacement sleeves separately.
