The media could not be loaded. I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now. These ginseng pills are so convenient to carry around thanks to the individual packaging. When I took one with an empty stomach, I had the ginseng smell for at least one good hour, which I do not mind at all. I honestly love the distinctive ginseng smell. 🥰 If you are sensitive to odor, I recommend taking it with food. I did not have any ginseng smell problems when I took it after a meal. I can see more benefits for these ginseng pills than vitamin supplements.

Was looking forward to this product That was recommended by a holistic naturopath. But come to find out that there is red dye 40 in the ingredients! Not worth it!

I took two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach (and before coffee) and after about 15 minutes felt an "awake" feeling. I've noticed increased energy and I would recommend giving this a try. I've tried different types of Ginseng powder but this seems to work better for me.
