Mac Eyeliner Pencil With Vitamins A & E Waterproof Black

I like very much, but the say waterproof it's not just if you put hand on you can take off easy

I am always on the water in the summertime. This is the single best eyeliner I've ever purchased, waterproof or not. On several occasions, I've had allergic reactions to waterproof mascaras, however this one didn't even cause my eyes to water. Only wish is that it had a smudge stick on one end.

May be cause I bought it in summer but it still melts and gives under eye black drops

I noticed it did not stay inside my bottom eye lid as it did on my top outside lid. I noticed black eyeliner residue above & under my eye lids when I sneezed and cried.

I should have know that for the price it must be too good to be true. It's the worst eyeliner I've ever have. It does not paint to well and it's not black it's a lighter black. Please don't waste your money on this product
