Its well fitted from arm but loose at the wrist ,so I apply tape,micropore plaster from wrist end to prevent water entry

I use this following a total knee replacement. It was effective and efficient and keeping the shower water off of my knee. The only drawback was humidity inside the unit from your skin and water temperature created. Droplets inside the sleeve. We added a few paper towels and it seemed to help a lot. I only use this for a shower and would not recommend it for submersion. But for a couple of weeks, it was better than a plastic bag and duct tape.I did want to mention that the dimensions of the holes on each end or different one diameters, A large and smaller diameter.

This is one fine device. Easy to get on and off and protects your pic perfectly. No more Saran Wrap! The holes at top and bottom are a very heavy duty rubber that fit very tight around your arm to make an extremely tight seal. No water gets in mine when I shower! The whole device is well made with thick materials that will last a lot longer than I’ll need it.If you want an easy to use device to waterproof your pic get this.

Update: the neoprene has split on one end of the cover. It has also stretched and lets a little water in at the bottom (hand end) when my arm is up for shampooing.Original review:This cover is worth it. It is wonderful to be able to shower and have no worries that the water will get to your picc line. The neoprene is genius. Wish you had known about this sooner! Beyond happy with it.

This is perfect for going over my cast and hand brace. It has a nice tight seal for me. I have smaller arms so it may be tight for a person with larger arms. I just started using it and it may stretch out a bit with use.
