Good supplement
Good amounts of zinc and magnesium, not upsetting my tummy. Sleep is definitely deeper sleep. Possibily helping with my recovery after workout and long days of manual labour. Easy to swallow, will buy again

Happy with purchase
This is the second batch that I have ordered. Purchased mostly to help with sleep and gym recovery. Very effective on both fronts.

Decent.
They do the job, they are a good product. But they can stick in your throat without a good swig of water. I prefer the capsules, but got these as my usual brand was out of stock.

Sleep disruption
I’m not sure if they’re helping with my testosterone, but I can say I’m not getting a good solid sleep with these. Ever since taking them I’ve had sleep disruption and being awake through the night. It could be changing my hormones hence why I’m waking up through the night and staying awake. I was wanting zinc and magnesium for increasing national testosterone. I have noticed my sex drive hire but it’s useless if I’m not able to get to sleep.

These actually work!
Have been losing sleep for some time now. Had nothing to lose by trying these and the reviews were good. I gave them a go. Highly recommend! Take just before you go to bed and you will have a wonderful night sleep
