We live on a farm and my wife has to handle these every day. We live the flexibility and the light weight of these Giraffe hoses. The ends are really well made. Best hoses I’ve ever bought, and we’ve been through a lot of them over the years.

I needed a short hose to complete the attachment of a hose reel, and this 6 foot Giraffe Hose worked perfectly! No Leaks and very well made!

The quality is very good . Not light brass components but heavier brass. It appears to be well made.

I provided photos of the damaged hose as requested and they immediately refunded my full purchase price. Thanks to Giraffe for the follow-up and the refund.Original comments:The 25’ hose I purchased failed after 9 months of use. The brass connector that attaches to the faucet literally blew apart allowing water to flood my flowerbed. Repeated attempts have been made to contact the supplier (Giraffe) since the hose comes with a 2-year warranty. Supplier has failed to return any of my message (no one ever answers the phone at Giraffe; you can only leave a message).This is a nice hose but Giraffe provides lousy customer support.

Heavy duty hose and couplings. Much better than the leader hose that came with my reel. I would not hesitate to buy this again.

I bought this hose to run from a sprinkler timer to my back yard. So far I’ve been happy with the quality of this hose, but I will likely update after a year to see how it’s holding up.I like that this hose is black because the mulch around my house is also black and it blends in nicely. I partially buried this hose to concealIt but even the parts that are still visible aren’t overly noticeable which I like.Because of the material used this hose is fairly susceptible to kinking, so just be aware of that. Since I have this run to a sprinkler and it is always out this is less of any issue for me, but it might be a bigger deal to some.The overall quality of the hose itself seems really good for the price. Certainly this isn’t the highest quality hose you can buy, but it gets the job done. As I stated above I will update my review after a year.

This garden hose is not "lightweight"- it is heavy, and should hold up for years.The fittings are great quality and easy to attach to spigot and a sprayer nozzle (I have arthritis in both hands and this install was easy and painless).It did take a bit of maneuvering to get it to 'uncurl' and it helps to extend (stretch) it out to help it relax before attaching. With the heat here in Florida to assist, it remains flat and stays in place-extending 20 ft across the lanai (the spigot is on the opposite wall from the exit door). The dark color helps to camouflage... instead of a bright color that would stand out...exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this product.Amazon delivered quickly and package was in great condition.

I was disappointed with the connectors.  The product description says they are corrosion-resistant but mine did not perform like that.  After only 9 months of use, I investigated an ongoing drop in water pressure.  I found that each end of the hose was half-closed  by corrosion build-up in the area of the connectors.  Each end of the hose was connected to a true brass fitting and there was no build-up at all in those fittings, only in my supposedly "corrosion-resistant"  connectors.  I agree with other reviewers that the connectors are not solid brass as advertised.

This is not 100% solid brass as advertised. I was suspicious due to how it felt when I received it and took a file to it and it revealed it was gall-prone aluminum underneath.
