I love this soap! My skin feels great after I wash.

For some reason, this did nothing but made me break out even with consistent use over time and it made my skin very oily and shiny. I finally got tired of it so I stopped. Maybe another face would have better look

horrible, made my acne worse. I still have like 4 bars left just wasting. Wish I could get a refund.

I am a 40+ years old Asian with sensitive oily/combination skin & acne prone. Together with oil cleansing method for face, I use ABS for entire body, including as hair shampoo, and the routine had helped me greatly with my sensitive skin breakout issues. Have been using ABS for 3+ years and purchased several different brands/vendors. I have been using this particular purchase for over 3 months now. This particular block seem to keep my skin better moisturized in compared to the last 3 brands/blocks purchased through other vendors. I cut the 16oz block into 16 smaller pieces, take out only 1 piece at a time to use and resealed the rest in smaller zip-lock bags inside the original foil bag the soap came in with. Each small piece, for daily use, generally last about 1-2 weeks of shampoo/shower, and about 3-4 weeks by vanity sink for make-up removal. It does have the occasional sands/stones that is a norm for raw ABS, but this batch is by far the cleaner/smoother batch than others I had used before.

I've suffered with Acne almost my entire life and because of it I had really low self-esteem. I heard that Black African Soap really helped with Acne so I thought I'd give it a shot , because at this point I'd try anything. Here are my results ,before and after, using black African soap. I literally couldn't be happier.

Second time ordering this product ..usually cut it into small pieces ..I think this is my last ..too many rocks and the rocks are getting bigger ..my advice cut it up first and always use in a wash cloth for the particles or cut tiny and place in bottle or container with hot water and let it dissolve..for particles to drop to the bottom and strain before use ..

I’ve been using this product for a week now. I had lost faith in products for my skin, to be honest. My acne seemed to be hormonal, so this was another try. I’m amazed how the size of my scars is smaller. I seem to have a more uniform skin in just one week! And my “hormonal” acne” is no longer there. I think it was bacteria all over my face. If I get a new pimple it disappears within one day. I use it 2 times a day. One in the morning and one at night. I DONT USE IT DIRECTLY ON MY SKIN, since this can scratch it. So, I wash my hands first to avoid bacteria. Then I grab the soap and soak it just a little and I create foam to apply it on my face. I let it sit there for 15-60 secs, and then I wash it all. Just amazing!

African black soap is the best soap ive ever used. I use it for my body and my hair and its the only product i use aside from african raw shea butter for a post shower moisturizer. I have psoriasis and this soap has been the best soap ive ever used. I swear by this stuff. If you're into natural body care this is THE soap to buy. And this is the real stuff, not fake black soap like you see everywhere. This is also the best price ive ever found on this soap. I used to buy single bars where i could find them for around $10 but this pack comes with 4 bars for $20.

This soap is the only thing I use on my face now. I love how it's not super drying and has great stuff like coconut oil, etc. My skin hates almost everything and gets dried out and infected easily due to my immune disease and this stuff is my HG soap. Highly recommend to anyone with sensitive skin or autoimmune conditions or immune deficiencies. If your skin gets easily infected, washing with a combo of this and Hibiclens soap (ie. chlorhexididne soap, but is very drying and kills any bacteria/fungi causing your skin to be infected - this is what doctors often use for treating skin infections or disinfecting prior to and post surgery) would probably be perfect for you.
