Everything with this watch purchase was PERFECT! The Japanese firm quickly responded to my questions. They were very nice and helpful people. I received a note stating that the watch would arrive in about 2 weeks. It arrived in about one week. Also, great price--better than a 45% discount over the price at a jewelry store, so I saved about $3,500. All packaging and warranty cards were included for the Omega Constellation watch. This was a college graduation gift for our son. He is beyond happy. He took the watch to an Omega store to get it fitted. They did this for no charge and told him, "Welcome to the family!" I will definitely buy other things through this company. I teach service management at a university and have written a number of books on the topic. Their firm exemplifies first-class service.
