I tried this Lean Green Blend mostly due to its ingredients and most importantly it is gluten free. It was difficult to manage with chapatis for me, but I prepare chillas and those turned out to be tasty. I add oats and quinoa flour to this occasionally to try it differently.

No taste difference
The best part about this flour is it tastes exactly like whole wheat flour. Since I have inculcated this in our diet I have seen a major difference in our gut health. This flour is stone ground hence the nutrients of the grains stay intact.
