done the eggs just right, easy to clean and lower cost than a pan of water and quicker, a smaller amount of water to use. have used all 4 ways of eggs. have already recommended to others.

Poached eggs great.

Unfortunately my simple and old egg cooker over 15 years "gave up" - replaced it with this one, which additional have a poached egg facility, which I normally do'nt use - but it seems that all egg cookers now have multi egg cooking facilities - this one I find simple, easy to use and well made - will recommend.

Great wee gadget, easy to use and clean

This was good for cooking eggs without wasting energy on boiling a whole lot of water. It's a steamer so the amount of water needed is tiny compared with conventional boiling. Since you don't need to boiling water, it's slightly faster than boiling. There is a small receptacle with markings to indicate how much water to use for each case. It's all easy to clean. The metal plate which contains the water accumulates a surprising amount of dirt from even cooking one batch and that needs a bit of scrubbing to remove, but I'm very averse to housework but even for me it was not too much work. Unfortunately the device died within less than 2 years, and I've removed one star for that.

Eggcelent! No more boiling eggs in pans and often cracked eggs too. Easily wiped clean, silent and efficient.perfect results every time.

It works, steam does escape from the sides so be careful when in use👍

I first tried the Boiled Eggs, and I was not disappointed. Perfect first time. Solid White with Runny Yoke. The following day I tried Poached eggs, again perfect. I put in 60ml of water, a bit of oil in the egg cups (so they came out easy) and left it to do its thing. Put the toast in while I was waiting. It took 6 Minutes for the Boiled Egg and 8.5 mintes for 2 Poached eggs. Cooked just how I like them. No Mess, no watching a pan on the stove, no guess work.

I ordered this from Australia and expected it to have the Australian power connection not the UK connection. The item otherwise is what I wanted.

Great little egg boiler, does the job it's supposed to do. Haven't used the poaching method yet but I'm sure it will be just as good. I'm knocking off a star for having measurements on the cup in ml, my last one had it in soft, medium soft and hard for amount of eggs you're using but thats my only gripe.
