Although I've seen many of these recipes or her YouTube Chanel, it's nice to have them all handy in a cookbook. Flo Lum is one of the few sites that I follow for Instant Pot recipes . The cookbook is well put together and Dude did an awesome job of the pictures! :-)

I love her YouTube channel & this is a great cookbook! I got it yesterday & I have already made 2 of the recipes & they were delicious. The recipes are super easy to follow and use ingredients that are readily available.

Easy to follow recipes, each recipe is accompanied by a photo. Plain language and I made chicken adobo, mashed potatoes and cheese cake perfectly in my instant pot! Very pleased with this purchase.

Fantastic cookbook by a great YouTube cook. I enjoy having all of Flo Lum's recipes in a book. It's a great way to support one of my favorite cooks. The recipes are delicious and couldn't be easier. Teriyaki Chicken always tastes great!
