Q: Does it come with everything pictured (sword, shield, etc.)?

It does not come with the sword or shield. I bought them from Amazon (as a pair) to accompany the costume.

Q: What size would fit a 9 year old boy?

My son was 10 years old and it fit him

Q: I can not finding any sizing information. What size would fit a 6 or 7 year old?

I ordered a medium for my 7 year old son. It fit him well enough with some safety pins to take in some loose areas. My son is big for his age being the same size as the 8 year olds on his soccer team, though.

Very breathable and looked good

I took my kids to a Renaissance Fair and my 7yo wore this outfit (right). He really liked it and didn't have any issues running around outside all day in it. The chainmail is kind of mesh so it's very breathable. Didn't come with pants, sword or shield.
