I was happy to find this product from a brand I am familiar with. Insomnia runs in my family, and I've struggled with sleeplessness my entire adult life. I was looking for something to help me wind down on those days when I really need a good night's sleep - early work meetings, traveling, busy days in general. I have always been apprehensive about taking any kind of sleep aid. I assumed either the product wouldn't work, or I'd become dependent on it. The instructions are to take two chews, so I started with just one and before I knew it, I felt myself slowly easing into a comfortable rest. I slept through the night, felt refreshed in the morning. I've used these chews sparingly ever since, and every time, they work just the same: a nice, comfortable ease into sleep. One chew is still enough for me. I can take one, lay in bed with the TV, or a book, and within a half hour or so, I'm out. As a side effect, which might be mind over matter, I feel like my sleep has improved little by little, even when I don't use this product. I still only use one chew, instead of the recommended two, and maybe once a week, or less. I would recommend to anyone looking for something to gently help them sleep. I also want to point out that there is NO GELATIN in this chew, which is very hard to find. They also taste delicious!

I was going through a pretty rough time after both of my brothers passed away while living abroad recently.I was depressed and could not sleep...I have used Rescue Remedy since the 80s, so for figured maybe these would help me to fall asleep.I was eating up to 3 of these every night and they worked great. Knocked me right out.But after using them for several weeks, I started finding myself falling asleep over and over all day long. I would be watching a movie and keep falling asleep, reading a book, same thing.I thought about it and decided I was taking too many of these for too long and stopped. The sleepiness went away.Now I only use 1 of them when I can't fall asleep and it's all good

Love these... I never feel woozy or out of it when I take these, but I always get a good night's sleep!

I fall asleep every time. Love taste too. It's melatonin so you either mentally go with it and fall asleep or mentally fight it and like think weird thoughts while you stay awake. That's what happens inside me anyway, no matter what brand melatonin.

A good product, but the one I received from Amazon was past Expiration date and they refused to refund it.
