Very nice item
Is a great item, and after watching videos, it is a great item for schools. Especially if you have limited #'s of people with the ability to actually hold the board during a kick and still have all digits intact, lol.

Not as sturdy as you would think
First, including written instructions for how to assemble would be very nice. I had to go to you tube and watch several videos on how to assemble and install. Second, the arms flex too much allowing the boards to just fly out with a bad punch or kick instead of holding fast. Installing against a solid wall provides better stability than on a bag and helps keep the entire set up from flexing when punched or kicked. It is a passable holder for those of us who don't have someone to hold for us but it still leaves a lot to be desired for the amount of money paid. A note, I am not a newbie, I have been a martial arts practitioner for over 12 years holding a 2nd degree brown belt in Jun Fan kickboxing and a 1st degree black belt in ATA Taekwondo. With some modifications, the stability of the arms can be increased to take the extra power required to break blue, brown & black boards or multiple board combinations. In fact there are you tube videos by the company showing how to do it which shows, they too know their product could be improved.

Doesn’t hold up
Initially the product was good. However, they didn’t hold up and the manufacturer wouldn’t replace even when we showed videos of the product breaking. They told us we used the wrong kick. Excited to try a different brand from the Uk that is metal.

Saves your fingers - but does not hold up well for power breaks
We used the board holder for the first time for a Black Belt promotion test- set up was easy- we attached it to a heavy bag with ratchet straps. Worked good for single board breaks.. but not good for multiple board breaks at all. We only had 3 boards loaded and the small clip tabs broke after the first strike and the side fell off. They were clicked in tightly (we heard the audible click so we assume it was secure) I had hoped it would have held up better because it was recommended by another instructor who saw a demo. Ours only lasted 10 minutes before the tabs broke off...We continue to use it for breaks but will have be really careful or find some other design for multiple board breaks.

Horrible craftsman ship
Straight garbage. Poles are too large fir compression fitting on board holder…for 300 I expect everything to fit…

Great if you have solid wall or post support
Unless you have a solid stable surface to attach to,I wouldn’t buy again. If you attach to bag even putting tons of weight for base, doesn’t hold well. Now if you attach to wall or post that can solidly hold the equipment, great buy. Giving it a three because it spends more time in bag then out. I do use if I’ll have a partner to support the force of the attack. If no partner, doesn’t work well for me.

Instructions
We had to go online to figure out how to put together. Other then that it was great.
