I usually don't order saffron on Amazon. But My friend recommended this one and I decided to try it. I should say I'm really surprised with the quality, it's a little bit more than 4g and it reminds me of the ones I bought In Istanbul, Turkey. Definitely recommend this one.

I used this saffron few time in my food. It will totally change the flavor of your food. I mixed it in my rice and chicken. The quality is really good. I have used different brands before, but some of them are not going to give you this flavor. I will definitely buy it again.

I liked the color & taste it gives to any type of home cooked food including broths or warm beverages.I would have preferred for the threads to soften more after cooking with the Saffron.
