DO NOT BUY! I've had two of these fail. Both the same way. One wheel locks up and wont turn. You can't power it off. Have to wait until the battery dies. No warranty. Cant find customer support cant information. Seems like a ghost manufacturer unwilling to guarantee there product. Locked wheel seems like its trying to turn. Motor under plastic housing gets so hot I'm sure its close to catching fire by the time the battery dies. Terrible product.

My son has been playing with this constantly since Christmas morning. It's sturdy, holds a charge well and he absolutely loves it. The only thing I wish was different is it doesn't have Bluetooth. Over all a fabulous product

Great hoverboard! My littlest can ride this one no problem and she has had trouble on others. It balances easily and holds a charge for a good amount of time.

My kids enjoyed this hoverboard, and it worked perfectly well for the first 3 months. However, the charge cord broke after 4 months. We replaced the charge cord, but it started to have additional problems when it was around 5 months old. It began to produce different torque from one wheel versus the other. Within a month this problem became uncontrollable, and my kids can no longer use it.

Bought two for Christmas for grandchildren. One just didn’t seem like it was working right. Contacted seller. They were amazing! Gave me easy instructions on how to calibrate it, which fixed the problem, but were willing to do a refund/exchange if it didn’t work. Fast and courteous customer service!!

Bad Christmas gift, my daughter was so disappointed, Does not hold a charge we charged it for 2 days had very little juice when my daughter got on it one side tried to go and the other nothing. DO NOT BUY

Pissed! 1st one I got for my grandson Xmas present wheel was defective. So I decided to order this one and the wheel on left side spins out of controll while the other does a complete hard stop. Because of this as soon as you step on it there is no way to balance. I stood holding my grandson hands but it didn't matter because it was completely defective! Over it!!!

Niece loves it, but it now has a red flashing battery light after 3+hrs charging, and 10 min of use. This was first charged and used December 25th 2020. And it lasted for more than an hr per charge until today, so not very reliable in my opinion.
