I bought it as per the advise of my physiotherapist to heal my badly sprained wrists due to an accidental fall, it has now healed but to regain strenth and flexibility I use it.

The media could not be loaded. The build quality is very poor. The hook doesn't fit into the holes properly. The thickness of the tube is as thin as it gets. Poor quality material, bad stitching, poor quality welding. Overall bad product, for this quality it is over priced. Don't buy.
